I remember a year ago when steve sold you this town. It was an auction we both bid multiple times on in the final hours, but you narrowly won, simply because I had to be in class during the final moments. Anyway, I am considering trying to earn some ecodollars to buy this town. I remember the price you bought it at, but I suspect you will end up asking more than that based on the fact there is now a vault, and that the town is older. I could probably scrape together money to afford to original price you bought at, but I doubt I have a chance now. The most I could possibly hope to offer is 75-85k, and it would take a few days for me to get it.

The server downtime really sucks cause Tuesday through Thursday are pretty much my playing days right now. I just want to give you a heads up that i will be trying to get on this weekend to complete this in the event i win, however if the server doesn't come up tomorrow i will not be able to guarantee anything till next Tuesday night after 5pm EST. If you could get me your availability for this weekend at some point i will do my best to make the time to pop on though.
