Hello ECC. I am considering selling my mayor town of Rosebush. Rosebush is a 200 x 184 town in Rising with a number of buildings and residents. The structure of the town was never meant to be flat and instead plays on the natural landscape for inspiration. There is a large amount of infrastructure in place, including a small three story pumpkin farm, a couple of apartment buildings and the tower I am standing on. Some of the infrastructure is in the form of ready to sell plots, while some plots have not been completely turned over after the last residents went inactive. Rosebush has a warp gate in towns5. So I'm interested in hearing offers. I think that the town would be great for someone who wants to work with an existing infrastructure and be able to sell plots right away. If you think you might be interested, follow the warp gate and take a look before making an offer please.

So after I posted that, I got online and looked around my town. This was my thinking: maybe if I'm not going to be able to get the money I was hoping for, I should just work on the project and develop town a little bit, which could earn me money also. So I toured my town and basically decided I'd rather sell it than not. Truth be told I'm just sick of this project. I get bored kind of easily sometimes, and I've developed more than a few projects to bounce back and forth to. The number I've heard is 65k, if @SKSoccer is still interested at that price.
Thank you for the pm. In all fairness, I feel @SKSoccer should be able to buy the town before any of us, unless a higher offer is made which I am unable to do at this time. The asking price of 90k is not bad for this beautiful, if incomplete, town. That said the last offer of 65k by SKS was not unreasonable either in my humble opinion. Wishing you success!
