This happens to me on my phone (iOS using safari) but not on my laptop (also using safari).

 

I'm on an iPad using Safari and it's fine for me. Hmm, I will try to group some tabs together, as it's the added tabs that are the problem.

Ok I've enabled responsive design, how is it now?

The design is different which I'm sure is meant, but working for me now. I'm using an iPhone btw, thanks andrew!

 

Mobile versions of sites are always a bit different from the main Desktop Site.

 

Try clear your iPad cache. Are you getting the responsive mobile design on your iPad?
It should definitely work now as extra tabs are just hidden with a little drop down to the left of your username.
