    Brief Description:
    I do not have the privileges of a resident for some reason. I am a resident ingame, although my forum rank only shows me as a builder.

    What Can I Not Do?:
    When trying to type in chat box I cannot because It says I have insufficient privileges. Same with making a Mayor App. And anything else that being a resident is required for.

    You need to log in under your other account. The account you applied for Resident in. The account found here. Then and only then will you be able to speak in shoutbox :)
