Hello, My Minecraft username is Poconiqa. I am currently Mayor in-game, but my forum rank still shows as Builder. Can a staff member please update my forum user group to Mayor? Thank you.
@Poconiqa We process these manually when you rank up; since you didn't have a forum account when you ranked up to Mayor, we never set the account to Mayor. We can take care of that for you now, but first we do need you to file a Name Change Application here: https://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/link-forums/click-here-to-change-your-username.135/. This is just a quick form to make your forum name match your in-game name. Once that's all set, we can proceed with setting your forum account to Mayor.
I have taken the response to fix this, you now have the required rank and no need for a name change since it was a minor error. Proceed as needed.
