We don't have to get rid of it just change it. It says "our new automatic banking system!" Change that to "deposit money to the forums so you can buy stocks and bet in sportsbook." Something like that.

Edit2: Okay, for some reason after refreshing the page, there was only this post, so I am going to re-edit in what I took out, sorry. That would be to long and complicated for new users imo (mainly the younger ones.), though, something new and simple would get a +1 from me, as long as it shows off this server to new players.

Kuke and Nicit hit it perfectly. The banner is for new people seeing awesome features. When I happened upon ECC a few months ago I actually fell into those exact banners, saw those exact features, thought they seemed really interesting and the rest was history. To me it was new and it was flashy. It was probably one of the stronger factors causing me to log into ecc asap. Imagine being a new user and running into that banner and reading a fussy post about not stealing out of unlocked chest because the server was lagging to death because of lwcs. A new user would see that little bit of dirty ecc laundry and be confused and put off. No new person wants to see the bureaucracy even if it is newer. Keep stuff like that in the part of the forum that anyone half familiar with ecc will see (literally directly below it) and leave the shiny banners for new people to see. But of course as new fun features are added, like the coming mini-games, it will be nice to see new slides.
This would be great instead of seeing the same thing over and over again. I would not delete it though. +1 for updating
