Forum throws 522 connection timed out error

Brief Description:
Today 11th of june 2022 the forums were down quite a few times. Most recent one was at 19:40 CET
Instructions:
Going to the url https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/
How many times did you recreate this?:
Like 3-4 times today. After a couple of minutes sometimes an hour it went back up.
Result:
522 Connection time out error
Expected Result:
Available forums
Evidence:
Didn't screenshot the error.
