I suggest making one yourself, it's easy enough and cheaper :)

 

After you get a good gaming computer get high tech wifi for maximum performance. Another tip use Usb's for pictures so your computer runs even better.

 

The 1st one looks good, though you can't over lock that CPU and the GPU might lack in some newer games, but it should be able to run pretty good.

The 1st computer looks better for gaming.

 

I don't know if you've already bought one - but these are not worth it. It's much better to purchase your own parts.

It is always better to build it yourself, but if you don't want to go through the learning process then the $900 one looks fine. The only problem is you can't upgrade that one cause it is an office PC and they don't have a lot of growing room.

 

Just a quick heads up, if you plan on buying a computer pre-assembled make sure you read what it comes with. Sometimes they do not come with peripherals (mouse, keyboard, monitor).

Also another thing I noticed, even though some cheap office PCs have amazing CPUs, the GPUs are weak and will not work well for gaming. Make sure both are equally powerful.

Just a note that a full tower case might be better if you don't think you can organize the wires well. If I would of got a mid-size tower I would of never been able to wire the huge power supply and all the cables.

Alright had a wee look, on first sight, i already saw something that instantly hit me.

You're way better off with 2x8GB instead of 4x4GB RAM. It'll run in dual channel, and incase you want to add any more RAM in the future, you will have a few extra slots.

Also, about your OS, i like windows 7, i used to have it, but seriously, go for windows 8. You will see such a big difference in start up times, and just general loading times. Also, if you get windows 8 you get a free upgrade to windows 10 if you choose to, so overall, go for windows 8 64 bit.

The last thing isn't a major thing, but it may be something you want to be wary about. You have a 500w power supply, but in your case, you have quite a good GPU and CPU, they're quite demanding. If i was you i'd go for a 650w just to be safe, but you don't have to. A 500w should do the job, but hey, who doesn't like too much horsepower.

Pretty sure it's just telling you to beware incase your motherboard doesn't have enough volts to handle your ram. If you go with 2x8 it should probably get rid of that message, if not then i'll look into it further,
