Getting booted for "impossible actions" while placing blocks

For the last three or so days, whenever I'm placing blocks in mass quantities whether it be on main or mining, or even on skyblock. i'll start placing a lot of blocks and getting into a rhythm and all of a sudden i get kicked for "impossible actions" every time. on June 9th it was the worst at must've happened to me ATLEAST 45 times within 4 hours. there doesn't seem to be any specific triggers that cause it. Just placing blocks. I do have a video of it happening if needed.
