Instructions: Made the user open /cc and test opening the key after they got the notification - It said they didn't have permission. Made the user mine something in /warp mining to test if they had the job indicator in their screen to see if they were still in the GettingStarted Job --- There was none. Made the user type out /jobs stats to see if they were still in the GettingStarted Job --- They were not in one; "Please join a job first" Wazupbutrcup then asked the user to type out the command /jobs join GettingStarted --- User said they received a a message saying "Cant rejoin this job for 364 days 23 hours 50 min 26 sec" How many times did you recreate this?: This was the only instance Result: User was still unable to open the starter crate. Expected Result: User its_marss should be able to claim the starter crate from /cc after finishing the GettingStarted job/quest. Evidence:
This looks to be a permissions issue. When I do '/cc open starter v' via Ediouseig it returns "no permission" and checking the verbose shows no permissions for /cc open in general. I also confirmed with other established players that no one can use /cc open at the moment. Users can still open crates via /cc menu, just not with the '/cc open' command. It seems '/cc mass-open' is working fine. Andrew will need to take a look.
