• I Coow_Coow will purchase a $20 GC for @ChineseCuisine
  
• Chinese will agree to make one payment of 400k ECD before 11:59pm(server time) on the 29th of October 2021 by using the /pay command in game for example "/pay Coow_Coow 400000"

• @ChineseCuisine will receive the $20 giftcard on approval of this contract

• failure to make payment before the 29th will result in an additonal 100k to be paid by the end of magic day on the 30th of october Late fees will cap at 100k and, at which point a complaint may be filed if payment is still not made by the 30th 11:59pm sever time
