Due to several issues with Mojang considering signs as full blocks now, we've have this problem fixed, at the cost of this one: https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/thre...s-saying-obstructed-with-another-sign.179051/ This will be live next maintenance. When it comes to: https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/thre...s-saying-obstructed-with-another-sign.179051/ We will have to wait for a work around in the coming future. In the meantime, you cannot be in the same block as a sign when using lift signs. Mojang really screwed up signs in 1.13.
