It is, but only by a very small fraction of the admins. Just to note, we do not look in the logs for complaints. The logs aren't meant to be used in complaints, as the logs are quite large and it takes a while to search through them. (imagine a couple of million lines to look through) The policy is, no screenshots = no evidence. So without evidence you yourself collected there is nothing you can do.
