[Help] Macro mod events not supported by server

It's permanent. A lot of scripts will no longer work as intended by Andrew.

 

Macromod events and everything that interacts with the server have stopped working. Making macromod useless on ECC.
This is intended to be a permanent change.

 

Eh, I sucked at them anyway! Those stupid things got me kicked, and temp-banned for a minute ruining my good record!

 

Has the server completely removed MacroMod, or just the beta version? I mainly used it just for my homes, and things like '/fill lava' or prefilling the town commands. I just don't want to update it if it won't even work.

 

Banned for good, because I can't connect with the non-beta version. :/

 

u got banned ? or cannot connect ? 2 COMPLETELY different things..
If it is just cannot connect, then simply create a profile without litemod, and u will be fine.
If your banned that is a different issue.. but after trying a few things, moved to vanilla install, and worked fine.

 

The mod is banned, and if you try to connect with it, you get kicked.

 

right but ur not banned, so create a vanilla profile and connect, ur all good.

 

so are macros completely gone?

 

Unfortunately so... I think if anything just lock the macro commands like the place sign command that was blocked last week. Just allow macros for chat commands only.

Ummmm I have macro beta and it works fine for me.

 

Certain users are still able to connect running macro - not sure what the issue is though.

 

Why can't I be one of them ... I just realized how lazy I was while trying to bounce around between home sets.

 

I have the updated version and it works fine
