    Drake2008gamer, andrewkm said you need to forum pm him with the paypal transaction ID to show proof of purchase. He was also saying that if you had the exact time you purchased it then it may help him find it. Otherwise he can't do anything about it.

    tl;dr Always keep your receipts handy

    Can confirm this user has not purchased anything from our shop. Either a problem on his end, or a troll to get free features.
