I am just gonna throw this out there as well, I have my bank account linked, but I also have my debit card though that bank account linked, and I use the debit card to make my purchases on ECC and other places. If you bank does not support withdrawls through paypal they may support it through your debit card that is linked to your bank on there.
Well you're in luck @314 Payment Wall now helps ECC accept many more payment methods. This includes e-wallets, bank transfers, various cash and prepaid cards (UKash, PaySafe, etc), and mobile and phone payments. You will have to click the "Payment Wall" button when checking out to see what is available for you in your country. As always we are giving a 1-3% (varies) discount when checking out via PayPal as that is our preferred payment method.
My parents had no time yesterday, so Iw ill hope it's possible to try today... I think PaySafeCard would be the only useful/easily accessible payment method for me at the moment. I hope it is possible to get a PSC somewhere near here. Well, our bank does support withdraws via paypal, and a credit/debit card has a fee my parents are...not completely willing to pay. (Might go with PSC, as said above.
Another try, another fail. Ensured that a few minutes ago. It says that it is verified and allows direct transfer. So, that should work. I tried to find the position of this picture...I even changed the language from german to english, but I can't find it. And I took a thorough look at all terms of service, guidelines et cetera...it says that it is not needed to transfer money from the bank account to the paypal account? I am confused now...
Whenever I open the ECC-redirected paypal, I can choose between "Use paypal account" or "Use credit card". When I select "Paypal account", it tells me to register a new credit card...
Is this before or after you sign in to your paypal account? You need to tell us what you see AFTER you sign in.
Alright, I think I'll go with PSC then...this week I'll check whether they ae available somewhere near. I assume you can use multiple PSC's for one transaction to reach the total sum? (Read somewhere that they are only available in 10, 25, 50 and 100 €)
Alright, I finally got 3 PaySafeCards worth 10€ (twice) and 25€ (once). When I tried to combine them at Paymentwall to reach 45€ needed for fly (44.06€), it said that the total value when combining cards must not exceed 30€. Anybody got an idea how to fix this now except with buying a 50€ card? By now I begin to think that the title "Problems with multiple payment methods" would fit much better... -_-
Paysafecard is like a small wallet, if you use a 50 Euro card (which is around 65 USD fyi) for something that costs 45 USD for example, the card would still have 20 USD in it, use a currency converter to figure the exact number
An alternative would be to sell donations of smaller price, 3 of the 15$ ones for example, and buy the feature from another player if this makes any sense.
Tried the learning by doing method...used the 45€ to buy extcreations and cc+ instead of fly. Now I got about 0.8€ left on one card which is very useful...might get a 50€ card today. Including sale: Fly+any 15$ feature (Still unsure which one) = About 50.4€. That will finally work!
Remember, 1 $ doesn't equal 1€, so a 50€ Paysafecard equals 68$, 65 $ worth of donations more or less.
My old man brain can't keep track of all of this conversion confusion! Maybe it would be simpler if you just came to visit Canada or the United States on Vacation, buy a prepaid card here and make your payment. We have lots of cool sights to see while you are here as well. Make sure you visit here in the Great Smoky Mountains, I would be happy to buy you dinner while you are visiting.
Know that...forgot to add /back to the list, so about 60$ for 45€. nah. Got a 50€ PSC today and thus fly and Multihome.
