I attempted to farm both wheat and carrots at the farm in /warp plots, making sure my /mcability was set to On, and I also experienced this. Will need to conduct further testing in a town with no flags (although I can almost guarantee this isn't the reason) and the wild. Will update this post with my findings. Update: Does not work for me in a town with no flags, nor in the wild. BTW I believe this is intentional
If this is intact true, then it would be awesome if that text regarding Green Thumb Chance could be removed from mcmmo help.
