Go to your portfolio where you have your stocks, and press the sell button next to the stock name. It will give you the price you can sell the stocks at, and ask you how many stocks you want to sell. If there's a lock where the sell button should be, it means you need to wait for a day to pass from the moment you purchased the stocks in order to sell them.
