These mods have been updated to 1.12.1 btw.
Finally updated, all (listed) mods are available! Sorry for the delay, real life was calling.
Next, I'm going to have a look at the new mods suggested by @SirChilledMrHobo (thanks)
I am stunned you would let real life take priority over Minecraft
Thanks for the updates though.
Thank you @Expipiplusone for your tutorial... this old man was actually able to install this mod for the first time ever. Of course I have absolutely any idea now how to make it work... I have no idea what grave means or how to even make the screen come back up again, except that if I turn my speakers on and off the console comes up Of course I have no idea what to type in.
I don't have enough time to answer all questions right now, but I'll answer this one.
"Grave" is referring to the grave accent (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grave_accent), a diacritic in some languages (e.g. French). Many keyboards have a key for ` (grave accent) and/or ` (aigu accent). The key can be redefined in Minecraft's options menu.
Updated to 1.12.2, added a brief explanation on each mod and added support to the 4 mods that @SirChilledMrHobo recently suggested! (TabbyChat and Gammabright are still unavailable to 1.12.2, will add them asap)
Update: Tabby-chat is now available!
(well, it's been available since more than a month ago, but I've been super busy irl meanwhile)
some minor updates, nothing really new though
