Hello Stoler202, If you are referring to Rohan only having the Lapis and Diamond donation medals, this happened because he donated $201+ USD all at once. You skip donation medals when you donate in large portions because they are handed out specifically for the donation size.
We don't lock threads in the help/support section because if the issue arises again people can use this as a resource.
Oh so this is kept open in case someone else got this thing too? cuz this is actually fixed, but mkay!
