Minecraft Username: SKSoccer

Brief Description: Unable to use the /tpahere command in the Legacy world. The error that shows up is that I do not have the essentials.worlds.legacy permission node. The bug is seemingly random as it happened three separate times to be throughout the time of around 5 minutes, in which it worked on and off.

Instructions:
1. Enter the Legacy world
2. Use the /tpahere command to an online player
3. Expect instant teleportation, nothing happens.

Result:
Sometimes teleportation request sent, sometimes error occurs

Expected Result:
Teleportation request sends

Edit: It seems to be an issue between worlds. When a user is in another world than me, this issue seems to occur.
