Hello, I was inactive for a few years and had my town purchased by someone while I was away. Do I need to rank up to create my own town again, or is there another way to be able to purchase a plot of land? -Fedsvic
You can either pay 180k for president and another town, or buy mayor for someone for 85k and get the town, or buy a town from someone for less if anyone is selling
At best, if the person who claimed your town becomes inactive for 6months+ and your a Tycoon+, you can reclaim your town. Or you can contact the person who claimed your town and he might be willing to add you back
What's bothering me the most right now is that I've been put into a position that I am unable to protect anything besides doors and chests because I was inactive and the only way to do so is to push farther than I would have to if I just started from scratch. And he's been offline for 4.5 months, so I doubt I'll hear from him.
How much is the town claim? Is there a way I can write up a contract with a tycoon that would state "You buy this plot of land for $X and then I buy it from you for $X" ?
I would either ask in trade chat if someone has a town claim that they are not using or see if a president is trying to rank to Tycoon (or a higher rank) and cut a deal with them to help them with the money if you get their claim. Be warned tho, I’ve never seen one go for less than 150k
