It really depends on the size of the build and the exterior of the build that will determine the price. The buildings I will get back to you on, I'd have to count them and I don't have access to my home PC right now. As for the town... 200x200 (see /warp BunnyIsland). It would just be the areas around the bunnies that are in need of landscaping.
