General Purpose of Contract:

Sale of a Magic pick L1 (#LEC607JE) for a total of 750,000 ECD

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @Imabankthing will give @Ortella the magic pick (#LEC607JE) along with ownership upon his agreement and approval of this contract.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Ortella will pay @Imabankthing 250,000 ECD upon approval of this contract.

@Ortella will make 5 weekly payments of 100,000 ECD to the chest shop located at /warp Emporium (-5243/5.5/-4415)
If @Ortella fails to complete any of these payments by said due dates a 1 week grace period will be given after which the magic pick must be returned and /owned back to @Imabankthing unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Payment 1 due date - 8/3/2023
Payment 2 due date - 15/3/2023
Payment 3 due date - 22/3/2023
Payment 4 due date - 29/3/2023
Payment 5 due date - 5/4/2023


If payment is not completed in full by 11:59 PM EST on each of the due dates (taking the 1 weeks grace period into account), the contract will be considered violated, and a complaint may be filed.
