Terms of the Contract:

• I will give Magic Shovel L3 with the ID #KJE3JJJJ to @WallaceWest immediately after receiving the payment og 200,000 ECD.
  
• The ownership of the Magic Shovel ID #KJE3JJJJ will not be modified.

• @WallaceWest will transfer 200,000 ECD to @kkha 1h after contract approval.
  
• @WallaceWest will return Magic Shovel ID #KJE3JJJJ to @kkha after the rental time of 24 hours has passed since the tool has been given to @WallaceWest .
  
• If @kkha is offline at the time of the tool's scheduled return it will instead be placed in a chest at /tppos 2864 125 7687 - Main North, /warp rentals.
  
• If the tool breaks @WallaceWest will be required to 10,000,000 ECD to @kkha by 28th February 2021 11:59 AM EST as compensation.
