Information
1. You must be ranked Mayor or higher to rent a tool.
2. You must have Pyro+ to rent the Eff7 Pickaxe.
3. You must not have been banned within the past 3 months.
4. All rental fees must be paid upfront.
5. An in-game contract must be made and agreed to before any transfer of money/tool.
6. If any tool is destroyed/lost, you must replace the tool by paying me the price of the tool at the time of your rental. Note: $150,000 ecd will be added as a compensation fee. This will all be laid out in the in-game contract.
7. The rented tool must be returned to your designated chest (at /warp air) before you log off. This will be laid out in the in-game contract.

If you do not qualify to rent a star tool, I offer special services where I will use my star tool(s) to do a job for you. Below is a list of the services I offer, more may come later.

Services & Prices
Tunnel Digging - $10,000 ecd per tunnel.
- I will use my Eff7 to dig a 2x1 tunnel from one end of the mining world to the other end, on Y:11. It is recommended that you are following me as I do this so no one else raids your tunnel.

Land Clearing - Price varies, I need to see the job.
- I will use my star tools to clear land for you. If it is in a town, you will need to be the owner of the town. Depending on how much land needs to be cleared, it can take me 3-7 days (longer for huge removals).​
