If the server is lagging for you latency wise and the Staff tell you there is no server side lag going on, you should do the following;

• Submit an MTR report to the SA+ team via forum PM OR file a report in the Help/Support and Bugs section
  • Download WinMTR (https://sourceforge.net/projects/winmtr/)
  • Submit a screenshot of the results BE SURE TO LET IT RUN FOR AT LEAST 1 MINUTE! (Use: play.ecc.eco)

  • Do not blur out any information as it allows us to see what is happening.
• Take note that if you make such a report in the forum section YOUR IP WILL BE EXPOSED. If you wish to retain this privacy simply forum PM your report to the ServerAdmin+ team.
