IGN: @OConner1279 Other Users Involved in the Contract: @CamerontheMiner General Purpose of Contract: Exchange of Labor and Cash for the /fly feature. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, OConner1279 will level the entire town of Veto, with some assistance by@CamerontheMiner, to y=71. (Even one block of assistance will do) I, OConner1279, will transfer the sum of 75,000 ECD to @CamerontheMiner immediately, as well as the additional sum of 75,000 ECD as soon as the fly/speed feature is added to my account. I OConner1279 will join the city of Shady Acres and participate in town projects as a normal member after the completion of the prior terms. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @CamerontheMiner agrees to buy the fly/speed feature in the name of @OConner1279 as soon as the first payment of 75,000 ECD is transferred to him. @CamerontheMiner agrees to provide assistance in leveling the town of veto to y = 71. (Even one block will do) @CamerontheMiner agrees to provide @OConner1279 with membership permissions to the member open areas of Shady Acres upon the completion of the prior terms. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I, @OConner1279 understand this and agree to the contract.
Hi @OConner1279 and @CamerontheMiner I've discussed this contract with fellow members of staff and we feel as if there are a couple of parts that are too vague in the contract that need to be removed, namely the following parts: and The reason being the use of "reasonable assistance". What one person thinks as reasonable another may think as unreasonable which may cause issues in the future that are impossible to moderate, whereby one person thinks they have upheld the contract and the other does not. You can still help to clear the town, we just can't enforce "reasonable assistance" To approve this contract, @OConner1279 please can you remove the two quoted lines (above) from the contract. After this, @CamerontheMiner you will need to re-agree the terms. Once this has been done, I will approve the contract.
