My suggestion is that we let members of ECC use lift up and lift down signs for NO price. The reason for this is so that even a builder could place them. So that the trade chat will be reduced. I think a 2 hour+ cooldown would be appropriate. Last week my lift signs were accidentally broken. I tried to get someone to place them but they simply refused to respond. If this could be accepted then the trade chat would be slower. Please feel free to comment about this suggestion.
Lift signs are also often advertised along with other services such as repairs, teleports, and water placement. This wouldn't reduce trade chat advertisements enough to make any impact. As for builders being able to use them, I'm sure they can get along just fine using ladders. If they really want lift signs, some offer them for free anyway. -1
Stairs will do just fine as well -1 But if you do need any lift signs, let me know, and I'll gladly make some for you
This won't be happening, they aren't really a necessity, if you urgently need to go up or down use a ladder.
