All plot sizes are available, however I don't have any 30x30s made up atm. I need to really get on that but life. I'd be glad to do this for you though! As for how to get there, the easiest way is to go through the Southcaster Portal. Hang a right toward the east? i believe gate and Lilydale should be right there as it is beside Eastcaster. Hopefully I can catch you in game or now.. Lime can take care of you
I have another question, I know lots of questions, I am going to be building under my plot, preferably at a max of 10 blocks down, or course inside my boundary, is this ok? as i think i have seen you contemplating whethr you are allowing people to dig down. This is simply for my house design, im not usin it to gain access to other areas or digging down for ores or things like that, just for my house design.
If/When I make the change I'm not going to stop people from digging down complete just put a limit of like 15 blocks down so you're entirely fine. Also sorry for being afk and then disconnected for longer than I thought xD

Yes thank you for the congratulations, Lilydale has expanded to include Summerdale! (So original, just like @jmichael214) Right now plans for Summerdale don't include plots but we will see. My REAL reason for coming here is that Shipwright @gstoner3 has informed that the lovely boat sitting in Lilydale Harbor should be completed within the next few days. SO! He and myself thought that we all should put on some Pirate skins and take a group photo. I'm hoping to coordinate this for Saturday around um, 8-9 EST. Let me know if another time would work better!
Hi! Sam agreed to serve as Co-Mayor of Culvercity in addition to her other jobs... and Culvercity is the huuuuge Lancaster public farm. So.... All property owners in Lilydale will now also get access to the Culvercity farm ($1800 in pumpkins per run-through, just as an example of what the farm has). Just talk to your Mayor and our new Co-Mayor, @Samiwarbler, to get added to Culver!
