General Purpose of Contract:
The purpose of this contract will be for @_Royal_Vulpes_ to loan (@Jrg5978 ) $200,000ECD that must be paid back with 12% interest(224,000) by 06-15-2017.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @_Royal_Vulpes_ agree to loan @Jrg5978 $200,000ECD for a loan that must be paid back with 12% interest(224,000) by 06-15-2017. I will accept responsibility for failure on my part and will also humbly accept the punishment deemed necessary for my actions.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Jrg5978 must agree to pay @_Royal_Vulpes_ $200,000ECD with 12%(224,000) by 06-15-2017. Payments on the loan will be done through trade sign(s) at (x:-1976 y:72 z:-455 ) in Rising. Failure to pay off the loan by will result in $50,000ECD (late fees). If the loan (with late fee charges [274,000]) is not paid by 06-22-2017, @Jrg5978 will receive punishment deemed fit by the ECC Staff on scamming.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes, I agree to the terms.
