General Purpose of Contract:
I will give @IceyErem a 800,000 eco dollar (ecd) loan, and @IceyErem will pay back 1,000,000 ecd within 8 weeks.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @Lurxolt, agree to send 800,000 ecd to @IceyErem within a day after the contract is approved.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@IceyErem agrees to the following terms:
@IceyErem will pay @Lurxolt 1,000,000 ecd within 8 weeks after having received 800,000 ecd. Payments on the loan will be done through 8 trade sign(s) at x:-9205 y:76 z:-8999 (/warp lurxfeld, 2nd floor of the warp building)) in Rising. Each trade sign contains 5 stones for a price of $25,000 each.
@IceyErem agrees to pay off 1 of those signs per week where as the first weekly payment needs to be paid until january 27th 2018. The last sign needs to be paid until march 17th 2018.
@IceyErem agrees that if he doesnt pay the 1,000,000 ecd within 8 weeks that he will have to pay an additional $10,000 per day as a late fee. Late fees will cap after 14 days, at which point a complaint may be filed.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
