I am looking for a abandoned town that someone is no-longer using. I don't want to own it, only rent/borrow it. I don't care whats on it, but I would perfer a underground, not ocean underneath. Flattened is a plus, but again, not necessary. I plan to completely flatten and clear what ever is there, and make a unique farm. the farm would consist of every crop, including trees, and would feature Giant Mushrooms. The good thing with mushrooms is that when you chop them with an axe, you sometimes get 2 mushrooms to drop. Also, they break almost instantly, and give 10 MCMMO woodcutting exp per block broke. This is especially useful to people training the MCMMO stats, as woodcutting is typically a long process.
