I have started a new town called Shopcentral which is a shopping district that’s offers plots and more. In order to expand/develop the town, I need more people to help with the development of the town. ECD donations are also needed.

Co-mayor requirements/recruitment process
In order to become a co mayor, you must have at least Fly. Features such as Teleport, headmaster, multihome, extcommands++, extcreations+ are all highly recommended as they are important for the development of the town but are not required.

ECD Donation Perks
In return for donating, you can get some perks for the town. The following is a chart which gives you certain perks depending on how much money you have donated.
ECD$10k: A shop west/east of the main mall
ECD$25k: 2 20x20 Shops east/west of the main mall
ECD$50k: A booth in the middle of the main mall with perms to put advertising signs in the pathway
ECD$100k: Your name on the donator board located in the main office and your own office aside of the main office
ECD$200k: Your name on the sponsor sign near the warp, your own office, and your own section of the mall
ECD$500k: A big thank you and a warp shop located around the warp, also a bigger office
