    I have been losing money for not doing anything it just keeps taking money out of my account and i am not buying anything or using it on anything i have lost 20k in one day

    Users don't magically lose money on ECC.
    You'll need to be more detailed, and provide exact timestamps as to when you saw money leave your account, and one of our SA team members would be able to track the transaction via our logs.
