Lost Owned item

Brief Description:
Lost my pickaxe (Eff V, Unbreak 3, Fort 3) whilst going through the portal at /warp mining. Usually it reappears but it did not on this occasion.

Instructions:
1. I /owed the item at warp plots after getting it e-repaired.
2. I went to /warp mining
3. Pick did not reappear


How many times did you recreate this?:
0. I do not have the funds to wish to recreate this.

Any help regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated.
