Last few days the lotto plugin has seemed very laggy. I can only say this for main server. I am not sure if it has problems on the other servers. When you buy a ticket, it takes longer than usual. For me it says It has taken money from my account then a few moments later it actually buys the ticket. I dont seem to be having this kind of trouble with any other command besides lotto. It is not my internet. I am sure others can account for this occuring aswell.
+1 I have been noticing this too especially when u win it says <amount> has been added to your account before displaying the message that you won.
I've added this to our development investigation todo list. It is however set to lowest priority as it's not a very important issue.
