Eh... I disagree. Eventually lots of people will have patron and it will spam chat. The color feature alone is worth $75, we shouldn't be increasing its use before too many people have it.
Accepted. I will lower the cooldown to 10 minutes. It will go into effect on next server maintenance. @oreo1227
