Hey I just started playing again from like a year ago and I wanted to clear my town out because no one that previously had a plot in the town play anymore. They don't even show up with the '/seen' command. Anyways, I was wondering if I should put all the LWC Requests in 1 post so I don't spam the forum ,or if it's required to put them in separate posts? Thanks!
Personally, I put each person in their own post. That way if the staff has any issue with a particular person not meeting the requirements, they can leave that post open and lock the rest that they complete.
Ya, that makes sense. I just didn't want to be the bugger that was spamming the forums haha. I'll do that though. Thanks.
You are welcome to do it however you wish; there's benefits to both ways. Posting in seperate LWC removal requests for each user is better for looking things up if something is missed or some issue comes up. Putting it in a big one reduces the paperwork while keeping all the information relevant, but it's harder for staff to tackle a full town removal in one big post because they tend to work over each other. If you do decide to put it all in one post, make sure you include the number of LWCs to be removed for each individual user, in an easy-to-keep-track of format for the staff. You don't have to fill out the form for each person, but you do have to make clear who's stuff is getting removed, where and why and such. The way I'd personally handle a full town removal if I ever did one would be to split the town into "sections" and post an LWC removal for each section. For example, each section could be 2-4 plots or 3-6 people. This has the benefits of removing some of the forum spamminess of doing them all individually, while still splitting it up for the staff and letting them work it off in smaller chunks, and keeps all the paperwork readable. If there was one thing that sucked, it was mass LWC removals with a difficult to follow format for giving coords. >.<
