No, they are inactive/not even apart of the town.

To get rid of obstacles that will be in others' way in the street and just to remove them for the sake of my not wanting them there in the first place.

 

Actually, I do want those removed since Demacca is not even active anymore, I have a contract that he gave up the rights of his town, so as long as he had co-ownership. As far as GamingFoxYT, he must have seen the unlocked chest, because there is a town nearby that I believe he is apart of and as a troll must have locked it. Please do remove them, Demacca is no longer active or even known in the server really.
