Terms of the contract:
@MattBrpQc will provide @KingValaria access to a chest within @MattBrpQc's town of Berlinwe (/warp berlinwe) that will contain L1 Magic Helmet (#MA4VDLXT), Chestplate (#LXUV2GN4), Leggings (#LWEBT4RH) and L2 Magic Boots (#LWEBSXJ6) still owned by @MattBrpQc within 24 hours of contract approval until such time as the full payment has been completed in which case @MattBrpQc will transfer ownership of all 4 magic armor items to @KingValaria. @KingValaria is allowed to use the armor as much as they like during this period of payment. @KingValaria must return the armor to the chest before logging out. Should @KingValaria forget to return the armor to the chest before logging out, @MattBrpQc will need to wait 24 hours before filing a complaint.

@KingValaria will pay @MattBrpQc a total sum of 8.5m ECD over the course of 12 weeks with no upfront payment via a trade sign directly next to the armor chest at /warp berlinwe.

@KingValaria can pay the sum as quickly or as slowly as they like. There will be no late fees. However If total payable amount ($8.5m ECD) is not paid off by March 16, 2026 and reaches 7 days past due, @MattBrpQc reserves the right to file a complaint and will retain ownership of the armor along with any money already paid towards the armor.

Should the Armor be broken, lost or destroyed before contract is completed, @KingValaria will still be bound by this contract to complete full payment ($8.5m ECD) by the aforementioned due date of March 16, 2026.
