Finnboy3 has permission to use the Magic Hoe WyvernKings has rented out to him for up to 7 hours and a minimum of 2 hours.

If WyvernKings is not online Finnboy3 can use the chest WyvernKings has set up at /warp cheapshop to pay for rent. There is a total of 6 chest shops set up 2 hour, 3 hour, 4 hour, 5 hour 6 hour and 7 hour.

If Finnboy3 loses or breaks the hoe he is required to pay WyvernKings 650k in fees by Jan.31st
