Terms of the contract:
The general purpose of this contract is to secure a payment plan on a Magic Tool.

• I, @Ancastal, agree to give @killrdarknes 1x Magic Hoe (#KLVQG0JS) (within 24 hours of receiving downpayment) after a $1,000,000ECD downpayment is paid within 24 hours of contract approval.
  • If I do not meet the terms of this contract, the contract will be nullified, and I will accept the punishments deemed necessary by the ECC Staff.
  • I, @Ancastal, will retain ownership of the Magic Hoe until the Magic Tool Payment Plan is paid in full.

• After the down payment, a payment plan of $10,000,000ECD will be due by April 15th, 2021(11:59 US EST).
  • One payment of $2,500,000ECD will be due each week (March 25th, April 1st, April 8th, April 15th) by 11:59pm EST on each date.
    
  • Payments are to be made via forum transfer.
    
  • If any payment is missed weekly, a late fee of $250,000 will be added to each missed payment.
    
  • If 2 payments are missed it will result in repossession until the 2 missed payments and 2 late fees are paid.
    
  • If the full payment of $10,000,000ECD is not paid by April 15th, 2021(11:59pm US EST), a late fee of $750,000 will be added to the amount due.
    
  • If the full payment is not received(including the late fee(s)) by May 13th, 2021(12:01am US EST), it will result in repossession of the Magic Hoe and a complaint being filed against @killrdarknes
