The ownership of the tool ID will not be modified until @dirtywetwipe Pays the whole money $2,750,000 ECD

@dirtywetwipe Will transfer $2,750,000 ECD to @DvL7 Within 5 Weeks of the approval of this contract via chest located in X : 7782 Y : 32 Z : 1083 At /Warp DvL and pay 100,000 ECD late fea if he is late 3 more days of the agreed time

if the tool breaks or the tool has been lost , @dirtywetwipe will pay the agreed money . within 5 weeks max from approval
