General Purpose of Contract:

Sale of a L3 Magic melon sword for $4 million ECD. $1.5M up front and a $2.5M payment plan due 31/12/2022.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @Xdutchless will give @Jeffster_ the L3 magic melon sword (#L4D4G74N) upon his agreement and approval of this contract.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
The ownership of the tool ID will not be modified until @Jeffster_ pays the full $4 million ECD, at which point I will unown the tool and it will be completely his.

@Jeffster_ will transfer $1.5M ECD immediately to @Xdutchless in exchange for the L3 magic melon sword and then have until 31/12/2022 to pay the other $2.5M ECD using a chest shop located at /Warp Heaven

If the tools breaks or the tool has been lost , @Jeffster_ Will pay the agreed money within the allotted timeframe. If the tool is not paid off by 31/12/2022 @Xdutchless will be able to file a complaint.
