Magic pump axe dropping low volume of collectibles

Brief Description:
Tested pump axe against eff10 and discovered it drops dramatically less collectibles

Instructions:
1. Broke 4 rows of pumpkins with pump axe and only recieved 1 collectible
2. Broke 4 rows with eff10 axe and recieved 10 collectibles

How many times did you recreate this?
Twice
2nd test resulted in 2 collectibles from pump axe and 6 collectibles from eff10

Result:
Less collectibles with pumpkin specific tool than eff10 axe

Expected Result:
To recieve a reasonably similar, if not greater amount of collectibles with pump axe, considering there is a 20% greater chance to drop double pumpkins with the pump axe than eff10

Evidence:
Welcome to come test with my specific axe as others don't seem to be having the same issue

I DO BELIEVE MY AXE IS BUGGED AND QUITE FRANKLY WOULD LIKE A FRESHY

As I said in the message I sent you prior to making this report, I understand the drop rates aren't linear but the difference between eff10 and pump axe is dramatic
