What part of EcoCityCraft is this suggestion for:

Main City Server

Short title for your suggestion:

Increasing End Size and/or Disable Speed

What are you suggesting:

As the End currently stands, it takes about an 1 hour to 1.5 hours to zig-zag across the map (at speed 10) and find most, if not all of the end cities. This leads to 1-3 people being able to fully raid the cities in short amount of time, making the end basically useless for everyone else. So by increasing the size of the End (say from 5000 to 10000 like the mining world), it should take the average time to clear the end from 1.5 hours to 6 hours. This still isn't very long though, so I would suggest disabling /speed (only fly speed if possible) as well, as this in theory should jump the new clear time from 6 hours to 60+ hours.

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Gives people more of an incentive to invest in the end if they know it's not going to be completely raided within the first couple hours.
