Lower the minimum /bank deposit amount​

What are you suggesting:

That we lower the minimum bank deposit amount from $10,000 down to $5,000​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Server is new and $ is more scarce.... also the minimum bet for sports book is $5,000 so it would only make sense to be able to deposit $5,000 to then bet it.​
