What are you suggesting:

As an alternative to the prior suggestion
Reset the end on par with vmr, reduce the #of towns that form, and increase shulkers damage and time between butchering them while disabling bow damage ench in the end​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

I have benefited from fly+ like frail and have been racing him to clear the end. These suggestions would make me work for my rewards there like every one else instead of just racing to get them, and make it more likely people will venture there during the month making it even more dangerous and fun!​
