reduce ecd/exp packages in store​

What are you suggesting:

to lower how much ecd/exp you get when buying it from the donation store. As of now I think that you get to much for buying from the store. Packages used to be $500 whopping dollars for 1.1mil (something around 1.1mil) and now its $100 (off sale) for 600k.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Keeps the economy in check​
